TERMS OF SERVICE

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE:
The recording studio services provided by Studio 222 Recording include access to professional recording equipment, sound engineering expertise, and studio time for the purpose of recording and producing music. By booking a recording session and/or purchasing a service that includes, but is not limited to: Mixing, Mastering, Editing, Producing, and more; with Studio 222 Recording, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

REFUND POLICY:
Refunds will not be issued for cancelled recording sessions or no-shows. If you need to cancel a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice in advance of your scheduled session. If you cancel within 24 hours of your session or fail to show up for your session, you will be charged the full amount of your session fee. However, if Studio 222 Recording cancels your session due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

For recording studio services such as editing, mixing, mastering, and production, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for these services. However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of work, please let us know and we will do our best to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of any issues within 14 days of the final delivery of the service. Refunds will not be issued past 14 days of the final delivery. In case of cancellation or refund, the deposit will not be refunded.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you need to cancel or reschedule a recording session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice in advance of your scheduled session. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your deposit and/or full payment for the session. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded. If [company name] must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule your session at a time that is convenient for you.

FORCE MAJURE:
Studio 222 Recording shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under this agreement due to causes beyond our control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, fire, flood, pandemic, government actions, labor disputes, equipment failure, or internet connectivity issues.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Studio 222 Recording shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by you as a result of using our recording studio services, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of business, or any other consequential damages. In no event shall Studio 222 Recording’s total liability under this agreement exceed the amount paid by you for the recording studio services.

NO GUARANTEE:
Studio 222 Recording does not guarantee the success of any recording project, nor does it guarantee the quality of the final product. Recording projects are subject to a variety of factors beyond our control, including the performance of the artist(s), the quality of the music being recorded, and the acoustics of the recording space. We will do our best to provide high-quality recording services, but we cannot guarantee the final outcome.
